Juri taunted Gor, saying she could kill him, Gor told her that they could fight, but they'd have to move away from the tournament. 23 rushed over, begging Gor not to fight her, as he wanted to. Gor told him ok, but only if he let Gor train him. 23 said sure, but managed to trick Gor into giving him some Ki. Gor gave him some ki, and is now demonstrating the destructive powers of ki.
