[@Darkmatter][@GreivousKhan]I finished up the details of Illgarythe's racial and religious composition the other day; basically, all the Illgarythians by race follow their own brand of Uwanism but tolerate other religions and sometimes dabble in your systems. 
I wrote that there's minorities from both of your city-states; Khan's people could have been mostly refugees that decided to stay here, while Dark's people could be here as immigrants or on business-related matters.
