1. Would I be allowed to play as a Makaio (or Makaioshin, I'm not actually sure what the difference between them is in this RP beyond rank) of an appropriate power level? Given that the current reasonable level that PCs seem to be accessing is 1000-2000, transformations included, I think I'd probably want to go with a PL of around that level, so I'd assume there's no need to worry about making the character OP on account of the PL itself being comparable to that of other people; given that the average Makaioshin has a PL of roughly 40000, I'd guess that I'd end up being a standard Makaio if I did that, though so much the better if high-level PLs are allowed. Really, I want to see what I'm able to do with that unique ability they all get; I have several ideas, so I'm torn about which to use.

I am indeed allowing players to choose to play one of the ten Makaioshin, Bloodlust and Avarice have been taken. In DBZ, the Makaioshin is ominously referred to as the Makaio Dabura's master, a sort of Demon God(with him being the Demon King). So, rather than the Makaioshin being a singular being, it is instead more of a structure-less council of Demon Gods(I took the number and basis for each from the Ten Evils of Buddhism). The Makaio, for the most part, chose to stay in the Demon Realm, while the Makaioshin decided to go out and play amongst the Mortal Realm.

2. Regarding mystical techniques, what level are characters allowed to start at if they do possess mystic abilities? I'd assume Adept, maybe Master at most if the character focused solely into the techniques of a single school to begin with (given the five starting technique maximum), but would we be allowed to create a character born as a mystic Genius who's simply not had the time yet to push themselves into learning everything they can? Or is Genius-level magic reserved for, e.g., highly plot-relevant NPCs or severely overpowered GMPCs who only exist to be better than the PCs at everything?

I planned on assigning levels of mysticism based on the history and character sheet, like if a character has trained many years in a single school then Master is not out of the question. I did not plan on allowing Genius-level, only because it is often referred to as the level where Magic Materialization can create Dragon Balls, hence why I separated it from the rest. Still, if the character is designed well enough, I might consider it. (Basically, I can be won over on nearly anything, if something is truly written well and I believe the player won't abuse it.)

3. There's a lot of stuff that costs a lot of Zeni to purchase, most of which presumably originates from Earth given the Earth-centric currency used to denote prices (though I assume external equipment would cost the equivalent in whatever currency the PTO uses for transaction). Would it be possible for a character to have stolen equipment for their own use, given sufficient inclination and lack of functional moral compass? The specific items I was thinking a character of mine might have stolen were the two Saiyan armour layers, an enhanced scouter (or two or three, in case one or more of the others get broken), and maybe a weapon if some way of ensuring it can be reloaded at short notice is feasible without stealing new reload capsules after every use; if in any way viable, and considering how a higher power level increases a user's strength and other abilities exponentially rather than linearly, a stolen Holograv Room might also be something to work into such a character's backstory, though I imagine that's perhaps pushing things a bit far in terms of how much power it grants a character over others, given its relatively exorbitant price.

Well, I have no issue with things being stolen, though energy capsules are going to be hard to steal as Capsule Corp tends to keep them under lock and key. Once emptied, the capsules could be refilled with another technique. Also, yea I would prefer to keep the Holograv as something characters encounter in game, rather than starting with. Still, like I said, if it something is written well enough, I may give it the okay.
