[b]Bio:[/b]Graduating from high school at 16, she then attended college and received her Bachelor's in nursing. She was very optimistic and enjoyed helping people but decided that nursing wasn't meeting her desire to help make the world a better place. On her 20th birthday, she became a member of the BSAA, and focused solely on combat training. It was during this part of her training that  she met Captain Dan Dechant. They fell in love and married just before the transfer to African. The happy couple survived the attack on Kijuju but suffered being captives of Ada Wong where the bio-terriost murdered most of the BSAA captives, including Azrael's husband. Luckily, Azrael was able to escape along with very few of her fellow members. Their route of escape dumped her off the coast of Florida with no way to contact the BSAA headquarters. As of now, her and the other survivors were still presumed dead.
