Personality: Emma is a cheerful, outgoing girl with a huge sense of humor. However, she's got a big mouth and a lack of patience which ties in to her short temper.  Nonetheless, she's very kind and always open to helping others.  She tends to look on the bright side of things and is quite the tough cookie.   (Will go in more depth to her personality IC)
Brief History: Emma grow up with basically your average family: mom, dad, brother and a dog. She never had problems making friends in school due to her super friendly and open-minded personality but she was in no way the most popular kid in school. There were those who thought she was a bit strange or immature. She sometimes got in trouble in school from her tendencies to prank teachers and other students despite her grades landing her in honors classes.

Things changed when her father got involved in unknown work and started hanging around less and less at home. When he was home, he and their mother would argue often over the secrecy. They were very close to threatening divorce at each other right around the time before the disappearance.

Personality: Alex was maybe not as outgoing as Emma, but he was always a friendly kid with a good heart. He is brave to the point of being reckless at times and quite protective over those he cares about. He's determined and more often than not, it takes a long time to change his mind once he sets it on something. He's often calmer than Emma in situations but if pushed to a point, he can unleash a temper like no other. 
Brief History: Alex often involved himself in football and even ran for the school government, keeping himself well-known in school. He was well-liked for being a nice guy and always being humble.  There were many times that he had to get Emma out of trouble whether it had been due to her pranks or her temper.  He grows to be quite protective over her especially after the disappearances. (Trying not to repeat things in Emma's history XD I will reveal more about their histories IC)
