Actually, they are. Scar wrote that the new packs have the "Phase Shifties". We could always do a Swiss tournament to give everyone an equal chance and more duels. the two with the highest record would face off for the final match.

EDIT: We would have to ask the all-mighty [@Scarifar] Magician to confirm that this is a valid course of action.
