[@RadioactiveRat] Pretty good character design! Although nuns don't really exist, and every Church member wears the same unisex outfit (with slight variations for individual gods/goddesses.) It's kinda a mix between the color scheme of the High Illuminator's outfit, and the design of the Inquisitor's. 

However, if she's a full time Inquisitor of the Investigation Branch, that just happens to be disguised as a normal Church member, her dress uniform would look something like this:

and she would be disguised as whatever the job requires. 

Everything else is pretty spot-on! You got the theme I was going for!
