Personality:
Echo has a very tough, stubborn and sarcastic way about her. A bit harsh with those she comes in contact with but is loyal when she has to be. She isn’t afraid to slap someone who disrespects her and most of the times point out the obvious truths in order to hurt someone’s feelings. To her if you are hurt by the truth then you are the reason why people cannot accept truth.

Biography:
Cadence “Echo” Summers was a former commander of the U.S. Military and branded a criminal. Ten years before humanity found the Morelian galaxy, she was in charge of leading a group of soldiers who infiltrated Al Jihad’s hidden nuclear base in Pakistan. She was framed by a group of terrorists who sent a video to the U.S. Government of a duplicate of her killing several armed U.S. soldiers. After the mission ended she was arrested on sight at a U.S. military base and brought in for questioning. After a year of trying to prove her innocence, she was imprisoned for killing fellow soldiers while performing a mission; locked up in a foreign country inside a secret U.S. prison for high-profile terrorists. 

She has three children and a husband back home in New Jersey back in the United States but later her children got married and her husband, who hasn’t heard from her in years, decided to move on with his life and married someone else. In prison, she was forbidden to contact neither her husband nor her children. Prison made her tougher but sloppy. She no longer knew what it felt like to be on the battlefield or how to issue commands properly, or even how to fire a weapon with good accuracy. She was in solitude by herself for ten years until one day, ten years later; a representative of the new United Nations Organization of Space Travel visited her and made her an offer.

“Cadence Summers otherwise known as Echo, my name is not important but I am here to make you an offer. We need someone like you to reach beyond our galaxy to find a new home for humanity. This expedition will be dangerous…therefore; we need someone of your talents to help in this matter. If not, then we are afraid that your children will suffer the consequences if you were to refuse. “

*Echo looks at the mysterious man in anger*

Echo:
“If you dare touch my children-“

Unknown:
“There will be nothing you can do. Now I am here to offer you a way out of this place. You will be free but you will still be watched and with a simple push of a button…you will be shot to death on sight if you get out of line.”

Echo:
“For one I am innocent and two I am not who I use to be…You want a commanding officer well you have plenty of them at your disposal. What would you want with a convict, hm?”

Unknown:
“Don’t be silly Echo, you are the best in the world and you know it…The only one who can turn this mission into a success.”

Echo:
“…Well I guess I don’t have a choice then do I?” She said with a raspy voice.

Unknown:
“Glad to have you back……Cadence…And I know your innocent but they don’t know that I’m just doing my job. But allow me to say…you are a damn good soldier. Farewell.”

After ten harsh years, Cadence “Echo” Summers was back. Though she was very rusty both physically and mentally…she set off on this expedition to find a new home for humanity. After joining the expedition, she vowed to somehow bring her children and her husband to this home they were expected to find.
