I had an idea (which i had already typed but then clicked away and lost everything >8[ hnnnng) 

What if Viva gets shot? Not badly or anything but just a fleashwound- that way the doctor gets drawn away by the sound of gunfire and everything. Noah or whoever could give Naomi the impression that Valko was dead or something- cause i'm sure the news of him getting hurt has made its rounds and honestly it was bad enough he could have died. That way Valko can have the opportunity of suprise, he's too high to save the day any other way lol. Also i think it has a bit of symmetry to the twins, lol one gets better the other gets hurt keeps them even hahahaa!
