[@Derlerks123] Waiting for others to post is an easy kill to an RP. I'm not trying to make this RP central to my own. If I have an opening and if it's in what I feel is in a workable space of time between my last post and what will happen next in my own plot arcs I will take it. But to expect to have to wait for anyone is an easy RP suicide. I will, as I will expect other writers, to post when the open space is given. The only point in which ego plays in is in the event of posting twice in a row without anyone else posting between my own posts. Which isn't a problem with me, I always wait for at least one person to post. To be honest it's a good thing for any RP if anyone posts at all. And in an RP as young as this where regularity of certain players is not yet established it'll be a bad thing for all of us to wait to take turns and not take posting opportunities as they come. Activity - even if from a few individuals - should always be welcomed and their energy shouldn't be spited in the name of someone else to post before them. In my own RPs if we waited for one recognized regular to post at all we'd have my own crown jewel dead years ago. And even now if we waited for any one person to post in succession it would almost most certainly be dead, and not the sleepy lumbering thing it is now (since it takes any of the "Major three" at least a week to compose a post for that). My own experience has only taught me that waiting turns for a slow, disinterested, or uninspired poster to post is a quick death at the hand of sloth or someone's writer's block. Anyone and everyone should be invited to move when they got an opportunity, so long as this is not in a conflict or discussion where trading posts between two or more individuals is required; but I'm not involved in any of this so I'm not obligated to wait.
