Drew froze. It was an unusual thing. He was used to just lurking around and listening in unnoticed. Were he a more malicious man, he could use that to his advantage. But instead he was content to just get information. It was clear neither the soldier nor the newcomer were actually going to give him anything to work with. Besides, he should probably get back to helping around the ship. Maybe see Alexander about that bump he took... But that could come later. "Staying with the ship? I gotta admit... it's tempting. You lead a fascinating craft. I might not be the engineer that some of the mages here are, but I can appreciate fine workmanship. It certainly has its aesthetic strong points." he then turned around to try and predict Raven's movements so he could walk with him. If he didn't, he'd just turn around again and resume speaking in place. "As for the storm thing... it's a gift. I'm not exactly the greatest when it comes to water, but I feel more in touch with the winds. I can feel the moisture flow all around me and you. It has a lovely flow, really. And I can take advantage of that to make the bolts you saw." He then thought of the storm they were in. "This certainly is something fierce. Tell me something: does it ever become less impressive?" he still couldn't believe the sight of it up close. "It was always there, but witnessing it firsthand... perhaps this is what it is like to be a normal human and see an elemental for the first time."
