If he was [i]running[/i] up, it would be the same. Nevertheless, Osamu knew that this Mage was rushing at him instead of hurling spells, which meant he should keep out of range. So, should Drasnian (not that he knew his name) manage to get up to the apartment roof, Osamu would walk backwards, firing his arrows all the while, aiming for the chest, the head, and the knees. If the 'Mage' was not felled by that time, then Osamu would go to the very edge, and activate Saggita Luminis: Ultimate, and throw everything he can at the opponent; it might knock him unconcious, but it would be his best chance of killing the foe.
