[@LegendBegins] Another idea for compromise is to put a max-height on quotes and have them scroll if the quote height exceeds it.

It's not something I think is necessary for a desktop/laptop-sized viewport, but maybe it would improve the experience for some mobile users. It's something I'd consider making a configurable option: 

[pre]
Scroll quotes when they become too tall: 

	[ ] yes
	[x] no (default)
[/pre]
This isn't something I've ever heard someone complain about before, though.
