[*]Personality: Kido is a girl afflicted with 'chuunibyou'. She tries hard to look and act cool, coming off as arrogant and aloof. However, she is actually a very kind girl with a somewhat motherly air to her. Additionally, she is something of a scaredy cat with insecurities about making new friends and having them see her as uncool. 
[*]Powers/Skills: Concealing Eyes (目を隠す Me o Kakusu): Kido's ability is the "Hiding One's Eyes" ability. She can divert perception towards objects and even people within 2 meters of herself and/or her surroundings, rendering them invisible. Conversation while being hidden also won't be heard by outsiders. Physical contact, however, breaks the effect, so it isn't useful in very crowded places. Along with this vulnerability, if a person outside the 2 meter bubble is familiar with someone being concealed, her power will not be as strong. Kido's ability works more when preventing people from recognizing those being hidden, rather than making them unable to be seen. She has practiced to control her ability perfectly, so that she wouldn't disappear all of a sudden.
[*]Brief Bio: The bastard daughter of a wealthy Japanese man, she was always treated with disdain by the people around her for her unwanted birth. The only person to treat her kindly was her older sister, the legitimate daughter. Kido's strongest wish had always been to just disappear, for everyone to just ignore her and stop looking at her with such hateful eyes. Her wish would eventually be granted in the worst tragedy of her life. Her father's company had went bankrupt, driving the man into a lunatic frenzy. He set the entire house on fire, killing everyone inside, including Kido and her big sister. Strangely, as the sisters died, they were both trapped inside a world called the Heat Haze. The Heat Haze forced the sisters to go through a continuous loop until Kido's older sister sacrificed herself so Kido could escape. The younger girl was then brought back to life by one of "Medusa's snakes" giving her the Concealing Eyes power. 
Kido would then go on to an orphanage and get adopted with two other boys who shared similar eye abilities. The family that adopted the three of them had an older daughter. This girl would often play with the trio, trying her hardest to cheer them up after their horrible experiences. The three would soon grow fond of the girl and truly accepted her as an older sister. Unfortunately, that happy time came to an end. Not only did their adopted mother die in a tragic accident, but the girl they cherished as their big sister would commit suicide for reasons Kido could not figure out. Eventually, Kido and her adopted brothers would move out of their home and start a group called "Mekakushi Dan". Overtime, they would get more and more members, all with the same eye abilities as them. Recently, they had just helped a young boy to the hospital when Kido found herself here in this new world.
