What you're looking at are posts. Bed posts, to be specific, but posts, with the little 'permalink' post button from RPG on each one (see the top-right corner of this post? That sign right there). If you were to click on that little button, you'd get a URL that links directly to individual posts somewhere on RPG. And if you were to navigate to post 6509 by typing that into the end of the URL, you'd find [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/797-38-35-54-49-59/ooc#post-6509]this[/url]:
