I just use google images and descriptor tags. Like to find Laurel I searched for Turkish models and found her I believe. Usually if they're professional head shots you can look up the names on the page they're posted on and find more pictures of them. Kind of creepy but it works well. Like this guy,

Hair models are the best to look up cause they're almost exclusively head shots and always dressed lol
