Alright, so some of you might have heard of it, some might have not, but bottom line: the Trans-Pacific Partnership has been agreed upon, which according to all the doomsayers, means certain doom for everyone. According to them, not only is it SOPA, but it's also a "death penalty clause" with how they handle drugs (long story short, drugs might get more expensive and people will have monopolies over them), and a bunch of unethical stuff (ranging from selling people genetic foods which some say would kill human cells, giving companies the power to sue entire nations if their profits are reduced by even a fraction and it can be blamed on whatever the country did regarding their product, and even downplaying the heaviness of Malaysia's crimes regarding human trafficking and slavery) all rolled into one.

So naturally, people are calling it the end of the world. So I made a thread about it to ask what [i]you[/i] guys think. Is there a silver lining we don't know about? Is there a way to stop it? You just wanna crack a joke or lament in how freedom is dead? Well this is the thread for you!
