Dr. Alobe had arrived with the others at TNT and once inside, he headed straight towards his Clinic for a change of clothing as well to check on his remaining patient. 

Andre had been awake for awhile but he was trapped inside the clinic, Alobe had locked the door when he left to hunt down Clayton, the wall that Clay had busted down had healed itself just before Andre awoke, but he didn't starve thanks to his skin bag that he kept his meat in was with him. 

So when Alobe unlocked the door and entered his clinic, he was meet with a Half-Orc who was covered in blood form the raw meat "Snarf!! Would you be willing to show the Half-Orc the way to the shower" [@Snarfulblast]
