She brushed her long hair in the mirror and then grabs her jacket and heads out the door. She was moving to DC for her new job. She pulls her hair out of her jacket as she skipped down the stairs. She walks the sunny street and high fives a few people who recognised her as a brave heroine of the city. Some children wave after her on their way to school on a bus. She waves at them back with a big happy smile. Finally, everything was making sense and the darkness had seemingly gone away. She turned to look behind her, she felt as though she was being followed. The city street seemingly emptied on its own. The wind starts to pick up. It was all very odd. She turns back to carry on walking, but as she does so, she bumps into a tall man. She looks up at him and saw long purple hair, he was wearing shades that covered glowing green eyes. She felt an oppressive feeling. She felt as though she knew this man from somewhere. "He doesn't love you." His voice deep and firm as he peers down at her. She backs away, she felt very afraid of him. "W-who?" She asks. "Just remember he is a Fallen Angel, Varia." He removes his glasses and she saw his eyes, gasping she knew him. ---- "Azazel!" Varia's voice came from behind him on the battlefield. "I have a message from Michael. You are to withdraw from the front lines and bring up the rear." She informs him with a bow. Azazel, quite taken by the beautiful and graceful, he nodded. Later, Azazel sees Varia tending to Lucifer's wounds and smiling down at him as they talked softly. He felt a rage building up within him he could not contain. And when Lucifer fell and Varia's heart shattered, he held her tight as she wept in his arms. But she could not let go of her love for the First Angel.
