Osamu groggily got up at Mai's prompting, and said:

Ichijouji-sama says that you're a great mage, but that you and Motomiya-sama are often at odds because of the latter's...umm...lack of intellectual gifts." Daisuke Motomiya was another Mage, and Ken's boyfriend. Although Osamu's remark that the man lacked intellect was true, Daisuke was a surprsiningly kind person and a powerful Mage with an affinity for Fire, making him too powerful to be ignored. But enough digression, Osamu zoomed in on her scornful face with his Stellar Sight.

"Sorry for my own displayed lack of subtlety and intellectual gifts, Sumihara-san," the boy said with a small bow. "I will leave you to your duties now."
