So, to summarize:

Sydney and Alex knew each other first at sometime whenever.([@Iceprincessforlife]Wanna be cheesy and do something like child-hood friendship?)

Grade 1-5, Sydney met Esmay.

Grade 6, Alex met Esmay through Sydney.

Grade 10/11, Esmay met Strauss through sports.

And everyone else is unimportant, their memories forgotten with their deaths.
