[@KaelRavenheart] If you've already written the CS for your kinetic energy character I'll take a look at it. Depending on circumstance I may allow one or two duplication powers. 

I just don't want to allow it as a rule cause I generally end up with a really lot of telekinetics, telepaths and whatever ability was used prominently in the latest marvel movie.
