Technically, he used Command Avatar for 2 points, creating a race on top of his avatar. This only costs 2 points, but I question whether it should be allowed. However, that's @Vahir's call. I would think, since he hasn't said anything yet, it's probably all good. Still...

Ya. If I may interject, can we say like .5 for plants and 1 for animals and .2 for everything else? 22 seems like way too much for bacterium.

I just kinda lumped the creation of fauna and flora under Shape Land, since it covers the creation of forests and jungles.

I'm fine with it as long as they aren't intelligent. Intelligent life requires the expensive Create Race option.

Shade happened? I don't remember Shade doing anything to Falke other than manipulating his thoughts. Did that kill Falke in some way?
