[*]August:  Once contagious, Patient Zero sets out on a cross country trip.  He infects thousands, who then infect thousands more.
[*]September:  By the time the disease is identified, the number of infected is rising exponentially.  
[*]December:  Millions are already dying each day.  
[*]Some infected people are immune.
[*]Others become homicidal cannibals, attacking and eating other people like mad dogs.
[*]Because of this, the Press dubs the disease "Rabies 2.0", or just "R2".
