Fawful
Yesterday It was exactly as Fawful had expected. The jigsaw puzzle nature of the city extended below ground level. Subway tunnels ran into medieval dungeons ran into storm drains ran into fallout shelters. The result was a labyrinth that would lead people in endless circles unless they took the time to map it out, in which case it could be used to cross the city quickly and covertly. Even better, nestled somewhere in that maze was a suitable base - "Deep 13" if the label on the door was correct. It wasn't much, but it had water and electricity, living quarters, and some laboratory space, not to mention what looked like an extensive movie collection. Fawful picked a tape at random to watch as he plotted his next move. Today How in this or any other world could so many movies be so completely terrible!? Had this vault's previous occupant been collecting awful films intentionally? What kind of sicko would do that? Fawful muttered in outrage to himself as he went to his fridge, then upgraded to grumbling when he realized there was no food in his newly acquired lair. He started making his way to the surface, worrying about how exactly he was going to get his breakfast. He never carried much cash in the first place, and he had no idea if restaurants here would even accept his currency. And the idea of resorting to petty theft simply to eat was... well, it's not as if he hadn't been in that position before, but it did rub salt into the wound of how much had been ripped away from him. Fawful's stomach rumbled as he walked up the subway entrance into daylight. Hopefully it wouldn't take too long to find something to eat, or else - Oh. This wouldn't take long at all.

Wreck-Gar
...'s half of the post will be up later. Sorry.
