There's nothing about that sentence I don't love.

As for Smoke + Mirrors, I imagine the clones wouldn't be too much more powerful, just enough so that dumb force isn't an option and a smarter/creative solution must be reached.  The characters prove that there's more to them than raw power, which is all the clones would have.  But hey, it's just a concept, I've got no investment in it.
