The God Emperor is calm and collected, moving with reason and precision. He is both knowledgeable and compassionate, seeking to create the perfect reality for humanity. His will is unbreakable and his mind cannot be changed once it is set. However, there are some flaws where his memories don't properly function, and he strives to fix such issues.
Bio:
When the shamans of Earth noticed they were no longer being reincarnated, their souls being devoured in the Warp, they decided to birth all of their power into a single being. Millions of magically gifted individuals combined their souls in ritual mass suicide, creating the perfect avatar of mankind. They sought to create a being that could stave off the darkness of the Chaos Gods and lead humanity to prosperity, two goals the Emperor supposedly succeeded at before being murdered by his genetic son Horus.

However, the Emperor was the greatest Psyker of all time. He inherited the power of all the Shamans of Old Earth. And even as his body in the physical world finally passed on, his psychic 'imprint' in the Warp recreated it. He simply forced the physical world into a new body, and implanted his immense soul into it. He was reborn, reincarnated as the Star Child. However, he was not reborn in the Imperium of Man, but rather in this strange world of Terminals and strangers.

The Emperor's body is perfection incarnate. His skin is tougher than steel, his muscles can lift and wield tanks with ease. His cells can regenerate rapidly from even the most grievous of wounds, rebuilding his body around the damage. He can survive in space and under water, and no poison can defile his body. His mind works faster than any other, able to calculate any sum with ease, and his spatial vision is unmatched. There is no skill, no talent, no single iteration of human capability that the God Emperor does not excel at. He is the unmatched and perfectly realized potential of mankind, he is God in the flesh. Many would consider him a divine being rather than a mortal one, and his abilities certainly fit the bill.

The powers wielded by the Emperor are the combined might of the entire world's arcane powers reborn into a single beings. He can tear entire battlefleets from the sky using his vast telekinetic abilities, shatter a being's mind with nothing more than a whim, and easily tear down the machinations of lesser casters. He is able to summon and dispell vast constructs, to reshape reality with his will in vast offensive and defensive form, and to travel through the Warp in person. His might is great enough to make entire planets tremble at his will, and it is said that he is able to directly confront and do battle with the Chaos Gods.
