Keystone Refers to the Item You Hold Which can Activate Mega Evolution, This RP Let's You Create a Custom One, So Let Your Imagination Run Wild! 

Custom Mega Refers to any Current Non-Mega Pokemon Which You Want to Have a Mega Evolution. If You Can't Think of a Typing/Ability for It, I Can Easily Do That.

Also, You May Have some Towns and Stuff Confused... Celadon City is in the Kanto Region, and I Never Made any Mention of Team Rocket in Viore (It May Work But I'll Have to Think About It).
