I think it's less a matter of Lea's power, and more that he literally just woke up, is more than likely holding back even in his small form as to not alert the Gods, and even then he's not at his full power(Gigantic Dragon form). So I believe he's holding himself back a lot and is really groggy from sleeping so long, rather than Lea being immensely powerful.

That's how I think it is anyway.
