And yeah, the virus kicks adrenaline production into high gear, and if she's already sane enough to not go crazy, she can probably control her adrenaline boosts too... I'd say it would take at least three average people to take on most vampires in crazy mode, more if they have magical powers, and less if they are particularly out of shape...
