Rhoo and Anvil ([@Redthorn Anvil]) bond ever closer. Rhoo realizes that there is something somewhat upsetting about being unable to properly communicate with her newly adopted daughter. Though it takes most of her strength and magical capacity, Rhoo uses her elemental magic to help bring Anvil to life in the form of an Angel Dragon. This is a very rare occurrence, as to create a separate Angel Dragon usually requires the mutual and simultaneous rebirth of two other Angel Dragons.

Anvil seems ecstatic to have received new life, and illustrates a portrait of her and Rhoo together. Rhoo proudly displays it for all to see.
