Name:Lieutenant Thule Mac'Don Age:24 Species:Human Appearance: A young man in his twenties Thule Anderson stands tall at 6 feet, 5 inches with a pair of broad shoulders but a rather slender man by nature. His time at the Raithal Academy left him rather physically fit and healthy, but he simply doesn't have the body type to properly develop any noticeable muscle bulk like a number of his peers. His blonde-brown hair is kept short due to a combination of military regulation and because he likes keeping his hair short for ease of care. His eyes are a rather light shade of blue. While he is quite proud to wear his imperial uniform and keeps it in good condition, Thule's choice of weapons make him stand out a little. His weapons of choice are a vibrobladed longsword and a Dissuader KD-30 slugthrower pistol (Somewhat infamous due to it firing metal-coated slugs which were hollow and filled with borless acid. The contents of these projectiles would eat through any armor that it struck, as well as flesh and bone...) Abilities/Skills:

Sword combat Training
Slugthrower training
Command Training
Equipment:

Dissuader KD-30 Slugthrower Pistol (Plus ammo)
Vibrobladed longsword.
Shock Baton
Personality/Motivation: Having grown up to see the tail end of the Clone Wars and the raise of the Empire Thule understands the dangers of chaos and the importance of having a solid, stable foundation so that the average citizen can live out their lives with each day being more or less the same as the one before, with change coming about due to their own actions rather then an unexpected outside force. He is not blind to the fact that the Empire has internal problems that are largely linked to corruption and personal ambition being selected over the good of the Empire as a whole and he feels that the Empire's anti-alien policies and willingness to engage in slavery are hindering and hurting the Empire more then they are helping, these problems can and should be fixed by the Empire itself. Inviting needless bloodshed and chaos by attempting to overthrow the young government without giving it a chance to work out its issues is nothing short of treason. Biography: Born on the planet of Naboo, Thule Mac'Don was the youngest of three children with two elder brothers whom he looked up to and parents that loved him dearly. His childhood was spent in the dark shadow of the Clone Wars but Thule himself didn't really understand what the war was about, why it was so important or even why it was being fought. It was honestly just this big thing that was happening far away that didn't seem to affect his day to day life... until his eldest brother Kiue signed up to serve with the Republic navy. At first things were alright, Kiue sent letters home every now and then when he had the time. Thule looked up to Kiue because as far as he was concerned his big brother was a hero, fighting the bad people and protecting the innocent. Then one day a letter came, announcing that Kiue Mac'Don had died in the line of duty, sealing off a malfunctioning bulkhead to save the lives of his crew mates after their ship came under fire from the CIS. Kiue's death shook Thule deeply, making the adolescent question a lot of things about life, himself and the war that was still raging despite the fact that it had cost his brother his life. Seriously looking into why the war had started in the first place in order to try and understand just why his brother was dead, when he found out that the CIS had started the war because they wanted to leave the corrupt Republic filled Thule with hatred and rage. He viewed the CIS as quitters to cowardly to try and fix the issues with the Republic and instead started this horrible, bloody war that had cost him someone that he looked up to and loved dearly. When the war came to an end and the Empire rose from the ashes, Thule was more then happy to sign up for military service. Part of him wanted to do it to honor his elder brother, but mostly he did it so that he could play an active role to ensure that order was brought to the galaxy and that peace would reign. He spent several years of preparing and training in various youth programs until he was old enough to join the Raithal Academy in order to become an officer. He took to his studies like a fish to water, but it was during the simulated 16 day siege that all students of the academy went through that Thule started to shine. Before the siege began, he made two minor but important decisions about the weapon load outs for his troops; All solders needed to wield a vibroblade that they had at least a basic understanding of and squad leaders would be armed with slugthrower weapons instead of the standard blasters. While not the norm, this set up made the solders under Thule's command most effective at close to medium range, with the odd sniper to cover long range requirements. The mixture of blasters and slugthrowers allowed his men to unleash absolute hell on the attacking infantry; armors and tactics that worked on one kind of weapon didn't really work on the other and on the occasions when enemy commandos managed to sneak past the waves of fire his men were well enough trained and equipped to fight in the ensuring melees. Thule made it through the 16 days with ease and passed with flying colors. Passing the Academy and joining the military properly at the rank of Lieutenant, Thule's first command was to be apart of the peace keeping force in Boonta. Shortly after arriving, he made it the policy of the squads under his command that all sergeants have at least a slugthrower side arm and all solders are trained in the use of melee weapons, mainly the shock baton but a vibroblade is required as a weapon of last resort.
Thule doesn't like the Sector Governor or his second in command Colonel Vale, through he does at least respect the latter's rank. He dislikes that tactics that Colonel Vale employs in order to meet quota's and keep order and hates the fact that the Sector Governor is a corrupt sack of dung that doesn't give enough of a damn about his responsibilities to take care of his own sector.
