[@Izuriel Steam] You'd have to absolutely blow me away to be from out of town. People from outside of the towns overall are 2nd to 3rd class citizens. People from other towns are accepted, but to be a trainer in Letchworth you have to be from Letchworth. With certain circumstances it could be allowed, but you'd have to really sell it, and even then they'd be limited to being from another town like Rushing (a town I've put over in Niagara Falls) or Vint (a town down at the Pennsylvanian border)
