For the moment, the one extra spot is taken up by Darkwolf- who is still deciding. You can start on your application, but for the moment, you would not be able to join. Unless, of course, Darkwolf decides to let you take his place.

If Darkwolf decides to make his app, then you'll be the first person allowed to join if someone drops out, or if we allow someone else to join.
