Powers: Regokenisis (Vector manipulation)

The ability is called Movement manipulation, and is the ability to manipulate any moving vector. Since everything is always moving through space, this means everything has a vector that can be manipulated. Whether it be the gravity being exerted on him, the speed of the wind, the direction of blood flows or the general movement of everything around him, he can control and manipulate it at will. He can stop bullets, redirect blood flows, diffuse electricity, create earthquakes and more.

Bio: James was a fairly ordinary child. He went to school like normal, and lived a normal life. He was bullied like most children are, but there was one, huge fundamental difference between him and others. His ability. Ever since he was born, he looked different. His hair was stark white and his eyes blood red. He was picked on, and discriminated against because he was different by others in his school, he teachers and other adults. Everyday he would come home with new scratches and bruises and he began to show signs of mental trauma, specifically those associated with Psychopaths and Sociopaths. One day, he was picked on during one of his bad days. He had been taking medication for a serious injury he suffered, and he was ill from something that rendered him useless for days. The boys from his school, 4 to be precise, found him walking to school and went to beat him down. When they did, however, they were repelled and thrown against the grown by an invisible force. James walked up to them, calmly and said "This is my new power... Do you like it? It will help me stop people like you..." and a wide smile grew across his face. As he stepped closer, he kicked one in the stomach, and he flew across the road, and hit another building. The second was picked up, and tossed aside. The third, flung into the air and then landed in the road. The fourth however, didn't give up without a fight. He pulled a small calibre hand gun that he stole from his parents. He shot, and the bullets bounced back, hitting the boy in the chest. James walked up once more, and stuck his finger into the boys wounds. "This is something I learned a while ago. Here, try it!" as the exploded, his blood being reversed around his body at great speeds. 
Whilst on the run from the SPD (Special Powers Division) he was caught by a man named Fahrenheit, who was a powerful pyrokenetisist that worked as a military dog, a prisoner of Miss. Dawson's that freed in order to capture others. A battle commenced, and James almost came out on top. The power of heat is easy to control, you just have to redirect the way the heat is moving and the flame goes out. The only problem was Fahrenheit was a trained military officer, who could easily overpower a boy of his age. The barrier that protected James was negated due to its fault; it can only redirect vectors coming towards it, so if the force stops just as it hits the shield it will be pulled towards the person. He was caught, charged with 1st degree murder, and sent to Miss. Dawson's home for punishment. This is wear he now resides... The freshest meat.

Dreams/Wishes: To escape the fickle chains that bind him to the cursed him he now resides. He also wants to become more powerful so no one has be be hurt.

Evil, Good, Walking the Line: Lawful Evil. He is unlikely to kill any of the others that reside in the prison with him unless they provoke him with attacks. His primary objective is to kill Miss. Dawson, because it is likely, out of all the people in the prison, that he is the only one that can. 

Siblings (If Any): He had a sister, but she disappeared along with 18 other girls that went to her school in a large kidnapping. She also had powers, no one knows them (I might make a second character for her later)

Pets (If Any): He had a cat named George, but he was put down due to illness

James's abilities are vast due to his power, vector manipulation. Most of the abilities are only close range, but some are long ranged, giving a diverse method of attack and defence. Here they are:

A constant redirection field that acts as a filter system, redirecting any vector James doesn't want (though it does have a weakness - read bio)
Wind manipulation (including flight)
Gravity manipulation
Light manipulation (invisibility)
Time lock within field
Power over all vectors. As everything has a vector (since it's moving through space) everything can be controlled.
Can redirect Heat, electricity, moving objects
Can create earthquakes using kinetic energy
An equivalent of superhuman strength, or telekinesis.
Sound manipulation/redirection
Regeneration by manipulating blood to close wounds.
Redirecting blood flows to create gruesome effects.
Basic mind control through controlling bio-electric signals

Downside: His power is heavily dependent on calculations using at least 30 million character each. Since his brain capacity is that of a 15 year old boy, his mind can only take so much strain. After a while, he enters a computer like state where is power leaks massively and causes destruction to everything around him. It is unpredictable when this may happen, but it is always accompanied by a headache and followed by unconsciousness.

Name: Theresa "Tess" Gilford
Age: 18
Powers: Mnemokinesis (Memory Manipulation)

The ability to manipulate a touched persons memory, as well as view and control them. She can force people to relive memories, implant false, traumatising ones in peoples head, completely erase or lock away memories and even steal a persons knowledge. The last time this power was used 
was to lock the memories of herself away from everyone who knew her, all except James.

Weapons: A standard issue military M9 Bayonet.
Items: a wireless transceiver and a VIS (Vector Irregularity Scanner)

Bio: Tess was born normal. In fact, almost completely normal. She lived with a family would move house every month or so, looking for better places to live at cheaper prices, each being as fruitless as the last. The only thing was, whenever Tess would announce that she would be moving to her friends, the next day they would completely forget her. The caretakers that worked at the nurseries, the children and the parents of the children; everyone would forget that she ever existed. They stopped moving when she was 3, because her mother fell pregnant with James, the younger brother and another human with special powers. James would always come home with bruises and cuts because everyone bullied him because of his appearance; his white hair and red eyes. Tess's family hired a psychiatrist to help with James's almost burgeoning mental breakdown. Because of this, Tess began to fall into a deeper and deeper depression. She couldn't help her brother, and everyone around her did nothing to help. One day, a week before James's birthday, she snapped. A group of people in her school decided to pick on her brother, and a fight in sued. James had always lived by a code that he would never hurt someone unless he had to, but she had hoped he had lost that mentality. Instead, he stood there and let the people beat him. Tess snapped, and in an instant grabbed one of the boys by the throat, and stripped him of every memory he held dear, replacing them with horrific, blood curdling visions of destruction. That was when she realised, every persons memory is only a touch away, and all she had to do was reach for it. 

On Friday, on the day of James's 15 birthday, the school was attacked by a group of radicals. Tess knew this was coming, since she caught a man trying to break the electric lock on the school gate. The extremists kidnapped a group of 18 girls from the school, all from different years. Tess used her power to get information on the location of where they were going, the details of the plan and who the group was. At the location, she turned the mean against each other. First, he forced one to kill his brother, then he untied Tess. Next, she replaced two others memories with plans to kill everyone in the camp, after releasing the girls. They did so, and the girls were free. Next, she erased herself from the memories of everyone around her, and returned home. She did the same to everyone she knew, and locked parts of herself away inside James' memory. Now, she lives on the run from the SPD, waiting for a time to return to James and once again be siblings. She knows that he is inside Miss. Dawson's Home, and she intends to be captured so they can reunite and escape, however possible.
