[@Coga19000] No harm in what you are attempting, but it needs some ironing out, which is why I was happy to take you in. Firstly, I think the biggest problem here is location in relevance to everything else. You came into the bar, and I assume stepped out of the doorway, otherwise you'd be getting shoved out of the way and trampled by the people now trying to flee said bar. On that same note, the Nightshade is joining in on that group, so if you did throw a flashbang at them, its going to hit some poor soul just trying to get out of there. The shadow itself can be considered a second human opponent. Shots, cuts, explosions, and other such things still will "kill" the shadow. Just don't expect a flash of light to kill it because, again, if light was all it took, then Nightshades might as well be the most useless mages ever. Now your equipment needs some work, largely because grenades are largely unheard of being used except in cannon fire by humanity. Meaning having personalized explosive devices, let alone 4 of them, is quite the accomplishment to have, especially since your mage is not of Alchemic style. There was a reason I have a Nightshade of Alchemic properties, it is so having healing potions, and concoctions can be feasible for those that use them. I would be willing to allow one experimental bomb of each, but having 2 each of those is not gonna fly. Now, I really need to press the point on your SCAR, and the sensor thing. These are extremely advanced, making your character possibly the most technologically advanced person on the entire planet, which I hope you understand isn't going to be acceptable here. The SCAR I might be able to negotiate over, but the Sensor chip I cannot. But no huge reason to be extra sorry. You are doing what you figure works best, just need to scale back what you have. You arn't a well armed mage army, you are a group of volunteers that is off to deal with a threat that an advanced tech kingdom has decided needs mages to handle.
