[@Raijinslayer] Marcus watched the interaction of the creature and the, what he believed to be, gum, with a new light. The creature released the same blue light and seemed to be studying to thing on its face, not bothering with the girl as she wriggled from its grasp. While it was distracted, he motioned for the girl to get behind him incase this came to blows. In his heart Marcus knew it likely wouldn't but had no idea how. Finally, the creature turned to look upon him and the same blue light appeared, Marcus' suspicions were confirmed when only a few short minutes later it stood with a replica sword of its own in the very same stance as himself. "you're.. Learning." He mumbled, raising his sword above his head, only to have the metal creature replicate the motion. Marcus' smile was one of amusement. This was no rampaging monster but more along the lines of a child, a big heavy metal one capable of creating and destroying, but a child no less. Slowly, Marcus lowered his sword and put it upon the ground. The creature did not, or could not, speak but it had the ability to learn what it saw, so maybe.. Just maybe. Marcus took off his helmet and put it at his feet whole lowering the colar of his coat to reveal his neck. It was a long shot here but he had to try. If it scanned his neck it would see, hopefully, part of what made him capable of speech. Maybe he would get some words out of it. To further emphasize the idea of speech, Marcus began to mumble. His lips moved but nothing of intelligible thought escaped, just phrases and words. If it could make a sword, could it make words?
