I'll be from ESA with the special mission of exploring an underground tunnel system that was found on Mars. Maybe all the scientists from the different organizations can gather for exploration. I will be a special agent trying to get as much info as possible from you all while we explore and at the same time I will be your "bodyguard"= the only one visibly* carrying a weapon. So in other words it's me trying to squeeze out information from you all with different conversations(maybe it will escalate later) while we discover new things in the tunnels. 
Every time I question one of you about something the others back me up also showing interest since they too want to get as much information out of the other organizations. Hope this seems like a plausible idea to you.
