[@Thewhitewolf] Accepted. As for where it takes place, I'm thinking it will probably be in America. I'm in Canada and I noticed you're in England but I think mostly everyone else is in America so I think that's where it'll probably be. State is yet to be determined. 

I'd like to get this started soon, tomorrow if possible. It'll give some time for people to finish up their CS or to get in some last minute participants. You should all see the IC up by tomorrow night.
