[@gcold] Thank you very much.  That's a lot more than I knew before.  Since Utu hunts on occasion to help Edith with leather and food supplies it's likely that he would have been off the road on occasion, though not overly close to the Redoubt.

Now I just have to get my intro done fast enough to put Utu where he belongs most.
