[/quote]That could be due to me converting the picture to jpg and it distorting the colors a bit. PS can have "sensitivity" to deal with even colors that are only close to that range but Paint does it directly.
yeah, I just tested the method with Paint leaves behind noise.
Oh well, I do have the original. May as well try to conserve its format and hope the coloring issue won't be there.
