1. There is a black market; dealers are prone to trail mercenaries once they get wind of their whereabouts and peddle their wares. Arms dealing is a very lucrative business in this setting, and because of that, we'll have lots of opportunities to purchase new gear. 
There will also be opportunities to salvage from FRAMEs that are defeated, so long as the parts are still in working order or repairable.

2. & 3. I had another player that was asking about playing a salesman/dealer in the interest check, too. I am going to have to limit such a position to one person, as the RP is really about the pilots and their endeavors as they go from conflict to conflict and employer to employer. Since [@Terminal] asked first, I'm going to have to give that position to him.
