Cyano Conablum
How embarrassing. The teleport hadn't been instant. To say the least, Cyano was absolutely livid. Though it would be hard to tell. She would give the ethereal a chance to test out his powers. The ethereal would form his attack rather well. Interesting. Though not beyond what was expected. The next thing he would try would cause the scientist running the teleporter to fall over. Lucky guy, that one. Now she knew which of the two to target her wrath towards. She would approach the scientist, and put her hand on his shoulder. Immediately the scientist would shudder. A cold chill going down his spine as she spoke, her voice never truly betraying her temper, but rather her words doing that job. "So, what was with the delay? Hmm? You of all people should know there aren't any excuses here." The scientist would respond, the fear in his voice would be evident. No doubt the ethereal would realize that they didn't speak out of a lack of caring, but rather out of a fear. "Y-yes ma'am. I will scan immediately next time." Cyano would let out a chuckle. Even when they tried to watch their words they messed up. It wasn't exactly fair to them. Though not that Cyano cared. Sadly, there wasn't much time for torment. "Listen, I'm on a tight schedule right now. So I'll cut to the chase. I'm going to be gone for a bit. Your going to be up and ready to get back to work by the time I'm back. If you aren't, I will hunt your sorry soul down and wipe you out of existence. Do you get that? Without waiting for a response Cyano would suddenly crush the scientists neck. No doubt the ethereal would find this ruthless. Monstrous even. Cyano would only find it relieving. Anyways, it would give the scientist a bit of experience. And if he knew what was good for him he would be back anyways. Well, if the ethereal had any sort of moral code she would probably have to explain this to him. Though she doubted he did. It would teach him a valuable rule of her universe. "Well, that was refreshing. Oh, right. You don't know. Here, when you die you don't really "die". Your sent to the deadland. You can stay, or you can find yourself a resident and beat them until they let you out. Though if you die there that's it. If he knows what's good for him, he'll be back and working with a smile within the week. Well, let's head up to the stuff your actually looking for" Cyano led the ethereal out of the room, and into the bright lobby. The lobby itself didn't seem too technologically advanced. It didn't have to be. Nor should it have been. Being open to the public, it would be a horrible thing if they managed to get ahold of some of it. After that quick thought they would head to the elevator. Supposing the ethereal didn't want to explore the lobby.
