I didn't intend to. Apocalypse has long-distance vision, and thus would use his immense strength to throw a vehicle. I therefore assumed Starkiller would use the force to dodge. He could also get splattered, but that seems like a far less interesting story.

The only thing I changed is that Starkiller threw Apocalypse into a building in your post. You can still do that, I was simply pointing out that it wouldn't end well, as it would give Apocalypse a chance to move closer, and deal some real damage.

The main point is that Starkiller can't handle Apocalypse alone. There's a reason I sent him towards the Alliance of Conquerors. Quite frankly there's nothing Starkiller can do that's going to really hurt Apocalypse.
