Cyano Conablum and Saber Rivard
Well, now she had his interest. Considering all the questions. Amusing. Well, unfortunately Cyano couldn't answer those questions. "We don't know how it works, why people get sent there when they die, or where it came from and why it's there. We do know that it's sort of like a last chance. You die here, you get sent there. But if you die there, that's it. Wiped from existence." Various staff entered the elevator. They were silent, just like Cyano liked, unless she spoke to them. The ethereal brought up the urgency in returning to Arcadia again... If he's so powerful and was worried something would happen, why not send someone with her instead of going himself? Oh well, not her problem. "Listen, we are almost there. Like, five floors. Alright? Then we will be at my floor. Hopefully the lab costs have finished the mass multiverse transporter. Then we can bring a few others along." As she spoke the elevator would make a little ding. Showing that they had reached their destination. The doors would open, and both Cyano and the Ethereal would walk out to see two more scientists, bound and gagged over in the corner. Another quick scan would reveal a blue haired person, that the ethereal would no doubt note looked quite a bit like Cyano off in the corner. "I thought you would be smart enough not to shoot off a couple shots out in front of the manor? Did you think we wouldn't notice? Or, was that the plan all along?" The man spoke with a tone of disdain. It would be obvious that the two didn't like each other. Cyano would answer, with just as much disdain as the person "No. I just didn't care. Right now, you just aren't really as important to me as you seem to think you are. Now, your on private property so I have every right to kill you where you stand!" "you won't do it. I know you won't. And you know exactly why you won't either. The man's response angered her to no end. She was clearly getting upset. Upset enough that despite what he said she held her multi weapon up and aimed at his head... but... he was right. She lowered her gun. But just as quickly got very close to his face "Fine. Your right. But you listen here, one of these days that hairballs going to die, and then it's going to be wiped. And then there won't be any hesitation." Cyano turned away from him and to the console that worked a machine in the center. The machine was the multiverse transporter. It was made exactly to her specifications. She had designed it, so she should know how it worked. "So, what are you doing there? Another plan to, what? Take out some petty revenge on a clerk that gave you wrong change? The man walked up to the panel. Clearly confident that he was going to survive this encounter. "Hey, just because I can't kill you right now, doesn't mean he can't." Cyano gestured over to the Ethereal. Just by the way he floated Saber could tell he had some psychic powers. Which had to be pretty powerful to get past Cyanos suppressant fields. "Alright. Fair enough. But if you go somewhere I'm following you to make sure you don't do something I'll regret." Cyano would normally refuse. Throw him somewhere or something, but then she thought about it. They were going to a whole other dimension. Disposing of him would be infinitely easier in arcadia. "Fine. Come along. It's not like you could stop me. We go as soon as he's ready. You are ready right?" That last question was to the ethereal. It wouldn't be surprising if he had questions or objections. In fact Cyano was prepared for them.
