[/quote] The question is whether Ryuko got her design from Seija or the other way around (IIRC there was concept art of KLK some time before the actual show aired). Touhou's gotten weird lately. New additions to the cast include a patriotic clown that has somewhat evolved to a meme, and an edgily-dressed teen whose character design was initially loathed but became accepted thanks to some artists (especially the Touhoumon designer) that became devoted to her.
