"Don't you realize that more magical ability means that you must be stronger to be able to handle the magical ability. Otherwise, the stronger you are the more powerful magic you can do. Also if you get hit with magic, it will hurt you physically." she spoke as she went to the first station.
"Being a level one means that you are allowed to use this room only. You must build your strength up to be able to do more. Start with no resistance on this tread mill for 10 minutes, Jack. 
All level twos, please follow me."

Lady Avalon took the Level twos to the pool area.
"First off, d all of you know how to swim all four basic strokes?" she asked.
