[@Zetsuko] I kinda of agree... Perhaps the artifact makes him linked to anyone who drinks the serum or is attached to the cat? Meaning they have to stay together. Also nothing is radiation proof, resistant however I can do. Otherwise it seems alright, though since he's research assistant I assume he's not very talented with combat.
