Bio: Oliver was born a normal human, he grew up with his parents up untill he was 7 years of age. When he was about to be 8 raiders came onto his parents farm and tortured and killed Oliver's parents then took Oliver away to a enclave lab. At the enclave lab they where testing radiation effects on diffrent forms of DNA. The enclave figured if they could successfully make a new death claw but with a stronger outer shell they would be able to take back the Americas more easily. When they fused Oliver's DNA to a trees DNA using radiation he shrank and lost his arms and was badly disfigured. The strain of the radiation and the sudden strain on his fragile body cause him to not talk anymore. After the successful test they put him into a storage cell with other mixed radiation creatures. Then after a couple months of testing on Oliver a mutant army stormed the enclave base and outnumbered them 20 to 1. After the mutants killed all of the enclave at the base off they let the new species of creatures free into the wasteland of the Far East. At first when Oliver was free all he wanted to do was run as fast as he could so he did. Now near the current location of the Rp (I can't remember where it is lol sorry) now 29 years later of constant running and scavenging Oliver is ready to stop running
