Edward took the initiative and turned on his ECM barrage jamming engaging the enemy with his AFC-40/L Autocannon while simultaneously making sure to paint targets with his target designator for his allies. "Painting targets for ya'll" he said to his new comrades. Adrenalin rushing through his body he was not sure how well it would end, putting some faith in his team but not enough to act as a decoy.

It was not long before the enemy pinpointed his location, followed by the most hail of projectiles. He held his ground while still retaining his aim so that none of the cargo would be hit but it was not an easy task.

[i]Damn[/i] he muttered after which he informed his allies "Taking hits, changing cover" as his left shoulder got a few hits making him switch cover so he'd not get taken out on his first mission.

While he broke contact, he scanned the nearby area as he did not want any unpleasant surprises.
